【Abstract】 In this thesis,two cases of international university alliance—ParisTech and IDEA League are introduced in detail from the perspective of cooperative vision and talent cultivation practice.Some implications are drawn upon in order to improve the quality of the advanced engineering talents in China in terms of international cooperation.Firstly,cooperate with each other to deal with complex issues.Secondly,take the advantage of each other so as to improve the cultivation quality.Thirdly,diversify the international communication access to enrich the international background of engineers.Fourthly,encourage profound industry-academy cooperation in talent cultivation.Finally,strengthen in-depth study and practice in university alliance.更多还原
