基于决策树分类算法和专家系统的风力发电机齿轮箱故障识别方法
Fault Recognition Method for Gear Case of Wind Power Generator Based on Decision Tree Classification Algorithm and Expert System
【摘要】 研究了分类算法用于风力发电机齿轮箱故障诊断的方法,并通过专家系统方法加以实现。介绍了利用C4.5算法进行故障诊断规则提取的流程,开发了基于CLIPS的故障诊断专家系统。在风力发电机故障样本数据的基础上,利用C4.5算法提取了诊断规则,并将提取的规则导入开发的专家系统进行验证。模拟新的故障进行诊断测试,测试结果表明误诊率均在5%以内,从而验证了所提出方法的可行性。
【Abstract】 This paper studies application of classification algorithm in fault diagnosis of gear case of wind power generator which is realized by expert system.It introduces flow of extracting fault diagnosis rules by using C4.5 algorithm and develops fault diagnosis expert system based on CLIPS.On the basis of fault sample data of the wind power generator,it extracts diagnosis rules by C4.5 algorithm and leads these rules in developed expert system for verification.By simulating the new fault,it proceeds the diagnosis testing and the result shows the misdiagnosis rate is within 5% which verifies feasibility of this method.
