【摘要】 新生代农民工就业需求能否得到满足直接影响和制约着经济发展及社会稳定。新生代农民工接受职业教育的程度客观地决定着其就业适应能力。本文在客观地分析了当前新生代农民工就业需求现状的基础上,从新生代农民工个人、企业、经济和社会发展角度论证了职业教育对促进就业的重要作用,并就如何加强新生代农民工职业教育提出建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 The satisfaction of the NG(new generation) migrant workers’ employment situation directly affects economic development and social stability.The level of vocational education they have obtained determines their employability.Based on an objective analysis of their current employment situation,this paper highlights the important role of vocational education in promoting employment from the perspectives of workers themselves,enterprises,economy and social development.Finally this paper gives some advices on how to enhance NG migrant workers’ vocational education.更多还原
