轧钢加热炉余热发电方案设计及其评价

【摘要】 本文通过对轧钢加热炉烟道中受热面的合理布置,在不影响产品工艺要求和技术指标的前提下,提高了用于轧钢加热炉余热发电的蒸汽参数,从而提高了轧钢加热炉余热发电的热效率。在此基础上本文提出了四种不同蒸汽参数的余热发电方案,应用混合灰色关联层次分析法对四种余热发电方案进行了综合评价。通过层次分析理论得出投资回收期、余热发电效率、CO2减排量、维护方便性四个指标的权重,然后通过灰色关联系数法得出评价矩阵,最后通过加权求和完成综合评价,得出某轧钢厂加热炉烟气余热利用方案的优选次序。本文的结果可为选择烟气余热高效利用方案提供参考。

【Abstract】 By re-arrangement of the equipment of steel rolling furnace,the vapor parameters of waste heat recovery based power generation system could be improved.The thermal efficiency of the steel rolling furnace was also improved.In this article,four schemes have been proposed.Evaluation of waste heat recovery based power generation system is complex.Payback period of investment, thermal efficiency of system,emission reductions of CO2 and convenience of maintenance should be considered.In this paper,the comprehensive evaluation of the waste heat recovery based power generation system with different vapor parameters has been carried out by using the mixed analytic hierarchy process(MAHP).Payback period of investment,thermal efficiency of system,emission reductions of CO2 and convenience of maintenance are four weight indexes in MAHP.Then the evaluation matrix is determined.At last,the comprehensive evaluation is completed through weighted summarization.
