扩散过滤燃烧器的二维数值研究
Two-Dimensional Numerical Study of Diffusion Filtration Combustor
【摘要】 通过二维双温多孔介质模型和燃料燃烧的详细化学反应机理,考虑气体在多孔介质的弥散效应,研究扩散过滤燃烧器内的温度分布、组分分布和辐射热效率等。数值预测的火焰结构与实验吻合的非常好。小球直径为3 18 mm,甲烷质量分数为0.2,随流速的增大,辐射热效率从78 2%减小到47.7%。同时,预测的污染物CO和NO_x排放很低,说明扩散过滤燃烧器作为辐射换热器是可行的。
【Abstract】 Two-dimensional numerical studies of temperature profile,species distribution and radiative thermal efficiency(77) et al.for diffusion filtration combustor are conducted with detailed chemistry mechanism,the gas dispersion in porous media is taken into account in the model. Well agreement between the predicted flame structure and experimental values is observed.Theηdecreases from 78.2%to 47.7%as mixture velocity increases under the condition of pellet diameter of d = 3.18 mm and mass fraction of methane YCH4= 0.2.In addition,the predicted CO and NOx is very low,which indicates that the diffusion filtration combustor can be used as radiative burner.
