同济设计院大楼改造中的加固方法

【摘要】 同济设计院大楼为一栋改建建筑。原建筑为3层钢筋混凝土框架结构停车场,后因场地规划变化而改建成设计院综合大楼。因为功能发生变化,大楼进行了重新分割、设置夹层、顶层加盖等改建,导致局部需要加固。本文主要介绍本工程改建所采用的基础加固、框架梁柱加固、体外预应力、节点加固等系列加固方法。

【Abstract】 The building of Tongji Architecture Design(Group) Co. Ltd. is a remodel building. The original three-story parking lot is a reinforced concrete structure. Because of the planning change,it is transformed into a common building of Design Institute. As a result of the changes in function,repartition of the space,adding of mezzanine and two floors are applied to the building,some part of the structure needs to be strengthened. In this paper,the strengthening methods of the transforming building used in foundation,the nodes,columns and beams of the frame are introduced.
