【Abstract】 This paper synthetically takes into account contribution, investment and venture on the basis of Shapley value method.According to Shapley value,fair theory and FAHP theory,it calculates the profit allocations among partners. Then it educes the final profit allocation by calculating profit allocations with gray correlation and amends profit strategy of Shapley value.At last, an example was applied to demonstrate this corrected method to be more reasonable and available.更多还原
