【Abstract】 The standard score had the following features: ⑴the average was zero,the standard deviation was one,⑵the additivity,⑶it could display the relative position in a group.After converting the original grades of commercial tenders and technical tenders into standard scores,they would be given separate coefficients and would be added up.Determining the eligible candidate based on their final standard scores is a suitable method for overall evaluation of bid.更多还原
