【摘要】 论述了网络新时代加强院系资料室数字化资源建设,建立学科专业数字化资源保障体系的必要性,剖析了院系资料室在学科专业数字化资源建设中主要存在的体制问题,经费问题,人才问题等,提出了建立分馆或将资料室并回图书馆统一管理两种模式下,建立学科专业数字化资源保障体系的具体措施与途径,明确了院系资料室在网络化、数字化、现代化文献信息服务时代的发展方向。更多还原

【Abstract】 The paper deals with the necessity to strengthen the resources construction of college reference room in the new era of network and the necessity to establish the digitalized resources security system for dissciplines and majors.Such problems as institutional issues,financial plight and lack of personnel are studied,and two management modes——branch library and reference room returning to the library,as well as the specific measures and ways to set up such a security system are proposed.This paper finally points out the development direction of the resources construction of college reference room in times of network,digitalization and modern literature information services.更多还原
