以实施“卓越计划”为背景的校企联合人才培养模式研究
Research of Talent Training Mode for Cooperation Between Colleges and Enterprises in Implementing "Excellent Program"
【摘要】 校企合作是高等院校培养应用型人才的重要途径,以教育部"卓越工程师教育培养计划"为背景,以"企业学习"为主构建校企联合人才培养模式,将着力培养学生的工程实践能力和创新能力,可以为校企联合人才培养模式和"卓越计划"的实施作些有益的探索。
【Abstract】 Cooperation between colleges and enterprises is an important way in cultivating applied talents in colleges and universities,in involved in the "Excellent Engineering Training Program" organized by the Ministry of Education.The talent training mode constructed by utilizing "Enterprises Learning" is the main method for colleges and enterprises to cultivate students’ creativity and ability.Some beneficial research was done into such a program.
