吉富罗非鱼幼鱼低温耐受性与盐度的相关性
Correlation of Larval Tolerance at Low Temperature and Salinity on Oreochromis niloticus
【摘要】 为进一步开展罗非鱼的低温生物学研究,建立针对不同盐度养殖水体中吉富罗非鱼的防寒和抗寒技术提供科学依据,选取平均体重为14.95g的吉富罗非鱼作为试验对象,设定盐度0‰、10‰、15‰和20‰4个组,所有组控制温度在(7±1)℃,每间隔2h统计不同盐度下的死亡历时。结果表明:0‰﹑10‰﹑15‰和20‰盐度持续胁迫下,吉富罗非鱼的半致死亡历时分别为15.00h﹑36.00h﹑30.00h和20.50h,即盐度为10‰,吉富罗非鱼的半致死亡历时最长,盐度升高或降低其半致死亡历时均会缩短,其中,盐度从0‰上升到10‰吉富罗非鱼的半致死亡历时显著延长。拟合不同盐度持续胁迫下吉富罗非鱼的死亡率与死亡历时的回归方程发现,在4个盐度梯度下其死亡率与死亡历时呈线性相关,且10‰的盐度能显著延长吉富罗非鱼的存活时间。
【Abstract】 To further clarify the low temperature biological characteristics of O.niloticus,the fish(body weight:14.95g)were randomly divided into four groups:a control group(s=0‰)and three treatment group(s=10‰,15‰,20‰).The results showed that the semi-lethal duration of O.niloticus was 15.00h,36.00h,30.00h and 20.50h under different salinities of 0‰,10‰,15‰ and 20‰, respectively.The semi-lethal duration was the longest under the salinity of 10‰,raising or lowering salinity caused the shortening of the semi-lethal duration,the semi-lethal duration increased significantly from 0‰ to 10‰.The regression equation between death duration and mortality of Nile Tilapia showed linear correlation at four salinities,respectively.The salinities of 10‰ could significantly extend the survival time of O.niloticus.
