绥阳土壤中微量元素含量对山银花质量的影响

【摘要】 为加快推进绥阳山银花GAP种植基地的申报,采用电感耦合等离子体原子发射仪对该区域土壤和山银花药材中微量元素的含量进行相关分析。结果显示:该地区土壤中富含山银花生长所需各种微量元素;山银花药材中Ca的含量与Mg、Mn、Zn的含量呈负相关,与Cu的含量呈正相关;土壤与山银花药材中Mn和Zn的含量呈显著正相关;土壤中Sr的含量与药材中所有元素均呈负相关趋势,绥阳山银花对Mg、Mn和Zn等元素富集能力较强。

【Abstract】 To process the declaration of Good Agriculture Practice of flos lonicerae planting base,An Inductively Coupled Plasma Atomic Emission Spectrometer(ICP-AES)was employed to determine and analyze the trace elements in soil and flos lonicerae of Suiyang.The results showed that this area is rich in trace elements required for the growth of flos lonicerae;Ca has negative correlation with Mg,Mn and Zn,while positive correlation with Cu in flos lonicerae;Mn and Zn have significant positive correlation between flos lonicerae and soil;However,Sr in soil has a negative correlation trend with all the elements in flos lonicerae;Mg,Mn and Zn are easily concentrated by flos lonicerae.
