【摘要】 为了给河北省的农村基础设施建设提供参考,采用问卷调查方法,从农户视角对河北省2009—2011年的农村基础设施建设状况进行评价。结果显示,河北省农村生活性基础设施建设成效明显,2009—2011年的供电保证率从59.88%提高到85.43%,通讯设施逐步多样化,网络应用率由5.39%提高到8.48%,但农村道路设施建设仍没有得到良好改善,生产性与发展性基础设施处于较差状态,灌溉仍以传统的水渠灌溉为主,喷灌式灌溉率仅为17.21%,农业用电价格较高,户外健身器材达61.20%,图书馆、文化馆等福利性基础设施基本为零。针对存在问题提出了相应对策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 The rural infrastructure construction situation during 2009-2011 was evaluated by farmers,questionnaire method to provide a reference for rural infrastructure construction in Hebei.The results showed that the rural living infrastructure construction effectiveness was significant,the power supply assurance rate and network utility rate were enhanced from 59.88% to 85.43% and from 5.39% to 8.48% respectively,B the rural road facility construction was not improved favorably.The productivity and development infrastructure was still in poor status.The sprinkler irrigation popularizing rate was 17.21% only and the outdoor fitness equipment popularizing rate was 61.20% but the welfare facilities such as libraries and culture centers still were not built,which indicates that the productivity and development infrastructure still was in poor status.The corresponding countermeasures were proposed in the light of existing problems at the same time.更多还原
