分子标记技术在西瓜和甜瓜育种中的应用进展
Research Progress in Molecular Marker Technology Application in Watermelon and Melon Breeding
【摘要】 为了利用分子育种技术推进西瓜和甜瓜种质资源的合理高效利用,对近年来分子标记在西瓜、甜瓜遗传多样性、亲缘关系分析、遗传图谱构建、重要性状基因定位、种子纯度鉴定等方面的应用进行综述,探讨了目前西瓜与甜瓜研究工作中分子标记辅助育种的重大前景和意义,并提出了今后的研究方向。
【Abstract】 In order to promote the rational and efficient utilization of watermelon and melon germplasm resources by using molecular marker technology,a summary was given of the application of molecular markers in the analysis of germplasm diversities and genetic relations,construction of genetic linkage maps,genetic mapping of the important traits,and seed purity identification in watermelon and melon breeding.The prospect of molecular marker-assisted breeding in watermelon and melon was discussed,and the research direction in the future was proposed as well.
