沙芥种子发芽过程中的解剖结构特征
Anatomical Structure Features of Pugionium cornutum Seeds in Germination Process
【摘要】 为了给沙芥种子的萌发研究提供解剖学依据,采用石蜡切片方法观察了沙芥种子萌发过程中的解剖结构变化。结果表明,沙芥种子的种皮结构简单,由两层细胞组成,外层细胞的外壁木质化;播种至萌动露白前的子叶表皮分化出具有贮水功能的体积较大的泡状细胞镶嵌于表皮细胞间,露白至出苗前子叶表皮中的泡状细胞和叶肉组织开始退化。
【Abstract】 Anatomical structure changes of P.cornutum seeds in germination process were observed by paraffin section method to provide a anatomical reference or the research on P.cornutum seed germination.The results showed that the seed coat structure was simple and composed of two layers of cells.and the outer wall was lignification;From seed sowing to germination,cotyledon epidermal differentiated to large alveolar cells for stocking water,embedded in the epidermal cells;From germination to seedling,bubbly cells in the cotyledon epidermal and mesophyll tissue began to degenerate.
