活性炭纤维/NiO/MnO2复合电极的结构及其电化学性能
Structures and electrochemical performances of activated carbon fiber/NiO/MnO2 composite electrodes
【摘要】 利用溶胶凝胶法制备了活性炭纤维/NiO/MnO2新型复合电极材料。通过扫描电镜、X衍射和等温吸附方法测定复合电极的相态结构和比表面积,并采用循环伏安和恒流充放电实验测定其电化学性能。结果表明:金属氧化物是无定形非晶态结构,以微小颗粒分布在活性炭纤维表面;当Ni与Mn的物质的量比为3∶1,热处理温度为400℃,NiO/MnO2负载量为3.9%时,复合电极的比电容达到290.2 F/g,比活性炭纤维高1.3倍。
【Abstract】 Composite electrodes of ACF/NiO/MnO2 were prepared by sol-gel method.The scanning electric microscopy,wide angle X-ray diffraction,isothermal adsorption,cyclic voltammetry and constant current charge-discharge measurements were used to detect their morphology,crystal structures and specific surface area,as well as electrochemical performances,respectively.The oxides of Ni and Mn loaded randomly on the surface of ACF are amorphous.The maximum specific capacity can be up to 290.2 F/g when the composite electrodes were prepared at 400 ℃ with the molar ratio of Ni to Mn 3:1 and the load of NiO/MnO2 3.9%,which is 1.3 times higher than that of ACF.
