【摘要】 在生产生活过程中废弃的纺织材料若不能得到有效的再回收利用,将造成巨大的资源浪费和环境污染。针对这一问题,从机械分解回收、水解再利用、熔融再利用、高温分解及燃烧热能利用5个方面,概述了近年来废旧纺织材料在再生纤维纺纱、非织造、制备聚合物基复合材料、增强混凝土或加固土壤、造纸、制备纤维素和角蛋白材料、制备乙醇和沼气、制备纺织助剂、制取活性炭及热能利用等领域的研究发展,并针对纺织废料回收利用过程中出现的一些问题给出了建议,为我国废旧纺织材料回收利用的进一步研发提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 If waste textiles from manufacture process and daily life are not timely recovered and reused,it will result in tremendous resources waste and environmental pollution.Aiming at this problem,from the aspects of the disassembling with machine,hydrolyzing,melting,high temperature decomposing and firing,this paper summarizes the research and development of recover and reuse of waste textiles,such as reuse of recycled fibers in spinning,nonwovens,preparing polymer composite,reinforcing concrete and soil,paper making,preparing cellulose materials,keratin materials,grain ethanol and methane,textile auxiliaries and activated carbon,and utilizing heat energy and etc.Problems and suggestions are given,offering reference for further research and development of recover and reuse of waste textiles in China.更多还原
