基于碳纳米薄片的修饰电极的制备及其在亚硝酸盐检测中的应用

【摘要】 利用蜡烛灰制备了碳纳米薄片,采用扫描电子显微镜对制备的碳纳米薄片进行了表征。将制备的碳纳米薄片用于亚硝酸盐的电化学检测,结果表明对亚硝酸根的氧化具有良好的电催化能力,NO2-的氧化峰电流与其浓度在8.0×10-7mol∕L~3.2×10-4mol/L范围内呈现良好的线性关系,检出限为1.0×10-7mol/L。此外,基于碳纳米薄片的修饰电极具有良好的稳定性和重现性,方法可用于实际样品的检测。

【Abstract】 A sensitive method has been developed for detecting nitrite based on a glassy carbon electrode( GCE)modified with carbon nanosheets- hexadecyltrimethyl ammonium bromide( CTAB). Well-defined carbon nanosheets could be prepared via simply mixing candle soot into CTAB water solution after ultrasonic radiation,centrifugation and washing. The final products were characterized with scanning electron microscopy( SEM).The results showed that the modified electrode exhibited a good electrocatalytic activity towards the oxidation of nitrite with a linear range from 0. 8 μmol/L to 0. 32 mmol/L and a detection limit of 0. 1 μmol/L. In addition,the sensor exhibited favorable reproducibility and good long-term stability,and it was applied to the determination of nitrite in real sample.
