荧光增敏法测定安氯地平
A sensitive fluorescence method for the determination of amlodipine
【摘要】 建立了荧光增敏亚甲基蓝测定安氯地平的新方法。在0.20 mol/L H2SO4溶液中,安氯地平(ADB)对β-环糊精(β-CD)增敏KMnO4氧化亚甲基蓝(MB)体系的荧光具有增强作用,通过测定亚甲基蓝的荧光强度间接测定安氯地平(ADB)的含量。该体系最大激发波长为λex=660 nm,最大发射波长λem=678 nm,线性范围0.05~3.8 mg/L,检出限0.005 mg/L,相对标准偏差1.8%。方法可用于实际样品中安氯地平的测定。
【Abstract】 A new method is proposed for the determination of amlodipine. The method is based on the enhancement of amlodipine( ADB) on the fluorescence intensity of the product yielded in the redox reaction between KMnO4 and methylene blue( MB) in 0. 20 mol / L H2SO4 medium,in which β-CD acts as a sensitizing effect reagent. Through an indirect way,ADB can be determined by measuring the fluorescence intensity of the methylene blue. Its maximum excitation wavelength is 660 nm,and the maximum emission wavelength is 678nm. The linear range,detection limit and relative standard deviation are 0. 05 ~ 3. 8 mg / L,0. 005 mg / L and 1. 8%,respectively. The method has been applied to the assay of ADB in pharmaceutical formulations.
