气相色谱-质谱法检测白酒和黄酒中18种邻苯二甲酸酯类增塑剂
Determination of 18 phthalate acid esters in liquor and rice wine samples by gas chromatographymass spectrometry
【摘要】 建立了白酒和黄酒中增塑剂的液液萃取法提取,气相色谱-质谱法检测技术,内标法定量。考察了基质效应,萃取方法等主要条件,并最终确定正己烷为提取溶剂的液液萃取技术,并且提取过程中加入NaCl和H2O。在优化的条件下,18种增塑剂均具有较好的线性相关性,线性相关系数均大于0.9978,白酒和黄酒的添加回收率、相对标准偏差分别为75.7%~97.5%、2.3%~6.7%和74.8%~96.0%、1.9%~7.1%;检出限均小于0.05 mg/kg。方法可为酒中增塑剂检测的标准方法的建立提供参考。
【Abstract】 A method based on liquid-liquid extraction was developed for the determination of 18 phthalate acid esters(PAEs) in liquor and rice wine samples by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS) with the internal standard quantitative determination was developed.Matrix effect and extraction methods were carefully investigated.Hexane was used as an extractant with addition of Nacl and water.18 PAEs have good linearities with all R2 of no less than 0.9978.Recoveries and relative standard deviations(RSD) were 75.7% ~ 97.5% and 2.3% ~ 6.7% in liquor as well as 74.8% ~ 96.0% and 1.9% ~ 7.1% in rice wine,respectively.The method was sensitive with the detection limits(S / N = 3) of no more than 0.05 mg / kg.The developed method was convenient,time-saving,environmental-friendly,accurate and sensitive,which can be used to determine the PAEs in wine.
