矿用高强度圆环链损伤机理及寿命预测

【摘要】 为解决在传统设计中采用物理样机计算圆环链疲劳寿命时耗资巨大的问题.利用有限元和相对类似损伤理论的方法对矿用高强度圆环链进行寿命预测.得到了圆环链的等效交变应力、寿命云图和基于相对类似损伤理论的寿命预测数学模型.结果表明:通过有限元法计算圆环链的疲劳寿命具有一定可行性;相对类似损伤理论对于圆环链的寿命预测具有很好的适用性;并且这两种寿命预测方法可以降低制造物理样机和进行耐久性试验所带来的巨额研发费用.

【Abstract】 To address the problem of the high cost when the physical prototype is used to predict the fatigue life of the high-intensity ring chain on the traditional design, the finite element and relative similar damage theory methods were used for predicting the life of the high-intensity ring chain. The equivalent alternating stress cloud picture, the life cloud picture, and the mathematical model of the life prediction based on relative similar damage theory were obtained. The results show that the finite element method which was used to calculate the fatigue life of the round link chain has certain feasibility, and the relative similar damage theory for the life prediction of the round link chain has very good applicability. The two life prediction methods can reduce the huge amount research and development expenditure caused by manufacturing the physical prototype and conducting durability test.
