基于TMS320F2812的永磁交流伺服系统设计
Design of permanent magnet AC servo system based on TMS320F2812
【摘要】 为实现高性能的伺服控制,提出了一种基于TMS320F2812数字信号处理器(DSP)的永磁交流伺服系统设计方案.采用了以TMS320F2812为控制核心、以智能功率模块PS22056为功率元件的系统硬件设计,提高了系统的集成度,且易于实现数字化控制;介绍了在CCS(Code Composer Studio)开发环境下采用空间矢量脉宽调制(SVPWM)技术的系统软件设计,实现了永磁交流电机的空间矢量控制.研究结果表明:系统在电机的转矩、转速和位置的精确控制方面具有明显的优势,动静态性能良好.该系统对各种伺服控制系统和工业生产过程具有很强的应用价值.
【Abstract】 In order to achieve a high-performance servo control,the paper proposed a design of permanent magnet AC servo system based on TMS320F2812 digital signal processor(DSP).The hardware design of the system using TMS320F2812 as the control core and the intelligent power module PS22056 as power chip was presented,which could improve the integration degree of the system and easily realize the digital control.The software design of the system by using the technology of Space Vector Pulse Width Modulation(SVPWM) was introduced under the CCS(Code Composer Studio) development environment,which made the space vector control of permanent magnet AC motor realized.The results show that the system has clear advantages in torque,speed and position accuracy control,and excellent dynamic and static performance.It has high application value in all sorts of servo control systems and industrial production process.
