【摘要】 采用荧光光谱研究了不同酸度和温度下,吡罗昔康(PX)与磺化杯芳烃[8](SCX8)的包合作用,结果表明在酸性和中性条件下,吡罗昔康与磺化杯芳烃[8]均形成了1∶1的包合物。以包合形成常数为包合物稳定性的量度,中性>酸性,碱性条件下包合物不能形成。随着温度的增加杯芳烃的包合能力呈下降的趋势。更多还原

【Abstract】 The inclusion interaction of piroxicam(PX)with sulfocalixarene[8](SCX8)was studied by fluorescence spectroscopy at different pH and temperature.The results showed that inclusion was formed and the inclusion stoichiometry beween PX and SCX8was 1∶1.Based on the formation constant,the inclusion capacity showed neutral condition was better than acidic condition.The inclusion was not formed in basic condition.The inclusion capacity dropped as the increase of temperature.更多还原
