Pt-Au合金纳米管修饰玻碳电极的尿酸酶传感器的研制
The Preparation of Uric Acid Biosensor Modified by Pt-Au Alloy Nanotubes
【摘要】 本实验利用电沉积法在聚碳酸酯模板上制得Pt-Au合金纳米管,并将其固定尿酸氧化酶制备了一种新型的尿酸酶传感器。考察了pH、扫描速度、电位等条件对尿酸酶传感器测定尿酸的影响。实验表明,Pt-Au合金纳米管能直接快速地检测尿酸的氧化产物过氧化氢,其检测线性范围为6.0×10-7~2.0×10-2 mol/L。该传感器具有检测线性范围宽、灵敏度高、选择性好等优点,并可用于血样中尿酸的测定。
【Abstract】 A new uricase biosensor based on Pt-Au alloy nanotubes was reported in this paper.Pt-Au alloy nanotubes was prepared by electrodeposition method in polycarbonate template(PC).The effect of pH,scan rate and applied potential was investigated.The experimental results showed that the uricase biosensor could be used for the direct and rapid detection of uric acid in the oxidation of hydrogen peroxide.The linear response range was 6.0×10-7-2.0×10-2 mol/L.The method had high sensitivity,good stability and strong selectivity,which was applied for the determination of uric acid in blood and the result was satisfactory.
