微波消解-原子荧光光谱法测定皮革中砷和汞
Determination of Arsenic and Mercury in Leather by Microwave Digestion-Atomic Fluorescence Spectrometry
【摘要】 建立了皮革中砷和汞的微波消解-原子荧光光谱测定方法。在优化的实验条件下,砷、汞含量分别在0.60~150ng/mL和0.10~20ng/mL范围内线性良好。砷、汞检出限分别为0.22ng/mL和0.04ng/mL。方法测定砷的回收率为96.0%~104%,汞的回收率为95.0%~110%。方法准确、灵敏、快速、可应用于皮革样品中砷和汞的同时测定。
【Abstract】 A method for the determination of arsenic and mercury in leather by microwave digestion and atomic fluorescence spectrometry has been developed.Under the optimized experimental conditions,the linear range for arsenic was between 0.60 and 150 ng/mL,and for mercury 0.10-20 ng/mL,with detection limits of 0.22 ng/mL and 0.04 ng/mL,respectively.The recoveries were between 96.0% and 104 %,95.0% and 110%,respectively.The method features high accuracy,sensitivity and simple operation.It can be applied for determination of arsenic and mercury in real leather samples.
