【摘要】 发展海洋新兴产业是世界各国经济发展战略的必然选择,已经成为沿海区域经济发展的新增长点和未来沿海地区经济发展的主导力量。目前,福建省海洋生物医药、邮轮游艇、海水综合利用、海洋可再生能源、海洋工程装备制造等五大海洋新兴产业已蓄势待发,但仍面临"海洋新兴产业意识"尚未牢固树立,发展规模小,所占比重少,产业偏弱,人才匮缺,科技水平相对落后,资金投入不足,产业化瓶颈等问题。福建应站在全局的高度,做出符合福建海洋新兴产业发展实际的战略和策略选择。更多还原

【Abstract】 It is an inevitable choice for a country’s economic developmental strategies to develop the burgeoning Marine Industry,which has become new economic spin-offs of coastal district economic development and the leading power of the future economic development in coastal districts.Currently,the five major burgeoning industries of Fujian Province,including marine biology medicine,cruise yacht,comprehensive utilization of seawater,seawater renewable resources and marine engineering equipment manufacturing,have been prepared for development,but still been confronting with a series of obstacles such as small-scale development,low percentage in overall economic product,weak industry structure,lack of intellectuals,underdeveloped scientific technology,insufficient capital input,bottleneck in industrialization,etc.From the overall perspective,practical strategies as well as strategy alternatives favorable to developing the burgeoning marine industry in Fujian Province should be put forward.更多还原
