长期低强度运动疗法改善老年2型糖尿病合并下肢血管病变的效果研究

【摘要】 目的评价长期低强度运动疗法对老年2型糖尿病(T2DM)合并下肢血管病变(LEAD)的干预效果。方法对136例老年T2DM合并LEAD患者在保证控制血糖、血压等治疗不变的情况下,随机分为对照组和干预组,干预组实施步行为主、运动操为辅的低强度有氧运动方案。对照组采用常规自由运动,对两组患者均进行为期一年的观察。结果干预组患者下肢血管状态的客观指标踝肱指数(API)、足背动脉平均血流速度(MN)明显改善(P<0.05),足部麻木、疼痛、冷沉感等自我感觉症状明显改善(P<0.05),体重指数(BMI)、空腹血糖(FBG)、总胆固醇(TC)及收缩压显著降低(P<0.05)。结论长期低强度有氧运动,不仅对老年2型糖尿病(T2DM)合并下肢血管病变(LEAD)的远期治疗效果显著,并能提高患者的生活质量。

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effect of long term,low intensity exercise therapy for elderly type 2diabetic mellitus(T2DM)patients with lower extremity arterial disease(LEAD).Method 136elderly T2DM patients with LEAD and controlled blood glucose and blood pressure were randomly divided into control group and the intervention group.Patients in intervention group took the low intensity aerobic exercise scheme that walk was priority and supplemented by movement exercises.Patients in control group took conventional exercises,two groups’ patients were observed for one year.Result Indicators reflecting low extremity vascular status,such as the ankle-brachial index(ABI),the dorsalis pedis artery mean blood flow velocity improved significantly(P<0.05).The foot numbness,pain,cold and heavy of self-feel symptoms improved significantly(P<0.05);BMI,FBG,TC and systolic blood pressure in intervention group was significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Long term low intensity aerobic exercise has a significant effect of long-term treatment of elderly T2DM with LEAD,and can improve the patient’s quality of life.
