大型抽水蓄能电站地下厂房结构振动响应分析

【摘要】 某抽水蓄能电站运行后,存在较强的振动和噪声,对设备安全和人员健康造成影响。为了找出振动的原因,建立了该抽水蓄能电站地下厂房结构三维有限元模型,对厂房整体结构及各层楼板和柱子局部结构进行了模态分析和共振复核。利用谐响应分析方法,根据实测荷载数据分析了水轮机脉动压力作用下厂房各部位的振动反应。计算结果表明:脉动压力作用下,楼板和立柱的振动加速度较大,主要是由于脉动压力幅值较大,振动频率较高,且发生了局部共振。

【Abstract】 There is the strong vibration and noise after the operation of a pumped storage station,which is influentin the security of equipment and healthy of people. In order to find out the reason of vibration, the model analysis and resonance recheck for the floors and pillars of the powerhouse structure were studied by establishing three-dimensional finite elementmodel of the underground powerhouse structure in the station. The harmonic response analysis method was proposed to study the vibration response of each partof the powerhouse structure under the action of the pressure fluctuations ofwaterturbine based on the observational data.The results showthatnotonly the vibration acceleration of the floors and pillarswas larger as the amplitude of pressure fluctuationwas larger and the vibration frequencywas higher, but also the local resonance happened.
