含水率对再生砖骨料混凝土力学性能影响规律试验研究
Experimental Study for Influence Law of Moisture Content Coefficient on Mechanical Performance of Recycled-brick Aggregate Concrete
【摘要】 由于再生砖骨料吸水率较大,其含水率大小对所制备混凝土的力学性能有直接影响。根据强化后再生砖骨料在不同时间段的含水率,及不同含水率条件下对再生砖骨料混凝土立方体抗压强度、劈裂抗拉强度的影响规律,确定制备混凝土时的再生砖骨料的最佳含水率,从而为再生砖骨料混凝土的配制及实际应用提供理论依据。
【Abstract】 Due to the recycled-brick aggregate’s bibulous rate is large;the size of its moisture content has a direct impact on the mechanical properties of concrete preparation.Based on the moisture content of the enhanced recycled-brick aggregate in different period,as well as the influence law of different moisture content on the cube compression strength and splitting tensile strength of recycled-brick aggregate concrete,the best moisture content of recycled-brick aggregate in concrete preparation is determined,thus providing theoretical basis for the preparation and practical application of recycled-brick aggregate concrete.
