熔炼去污钢铁中微量铀的测定方法研究
Analytical Method Study on Uranium Concentration in Steel Treated by Melting Decontamination
【摘要】 熔炼去污后钢铁样品溶解后经抗坏血酸还原,用阴离子交换树脂分离杂质并吸附其中的铀,然后用硝酸溶液解吸铀,解吸液中的铀含量使用微量铀分析仪进行准确测定。该方法能够有效消除微量铀分析仪测定低浓度铀时干扰离子的影响,并且能够准确测定熔炼去污后钢铁样品中的微量铀含量。实验结果表明,离子交换法和微量铀分析仪测定钢铁中微量铀方法的平均回收率为94.1%,对熔炼去污钢铁中铀的检出限为0.2μg/g。
【Abstract】 Steel samples treated by melting decontamination are dissolved and deoxidized by vitamin C.The dissolved liquid samples were treated and adsorbed by anion exchange resin,and then leached by nitric acid solution. The uranium concentration of the leaching solution can be measured by MUA directly. The interference can be effectively eliminated using this method,when uranium concentration is low. This method can be used to determine the accurate concentration of uranium in steel samples treated by melting decontamination. The measurement results show that the average recovery ratio of uranium concentration in steel treated by melting decontamination is 94. 1%. The detection limit of uranium concentration in steel is 0. 2 μg / g.
