【摘要】 目的评价Nance腭托增强后牙支抗,用于矫治安氏Ⅱ类1分类患者的治疗效果。方法对26例安氏Ⅱ类1分类错病例拔牙减数后,采用方丝弓矫治技术,Nance腭托增强上后牙支抗,测量治疗前后头影测量结果,进行对比分析。结果矫正后26例患者磨牙呈中性关系,前牙内收覆覆盖正常,侧貌改善;X线头影测量显示U1-L1、U1-SN、U1-NA、L1-NB、IMPA、FMIA改变显著。结论 Nance腭托矫治安氏Ⅱ类1分类错效果显著,值得推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective The aim of this study is to evaluate the effect of using Nance appliance to enhance the anchorage units in Category 1 of ClassⅡmalocclusion patients.Methods26 cases Category 1 of ClassⅡpatients used the technique of edgewise appliance combined with Nance appliance to enhance the anchorage units. Measure the X-ray picture by cephalometry, then contrast and analyze the result.ResultAfter rectification, all patients bite at the neutrality occluding relation, and the side manner turn better. The cephalometry show that the U1-L1,U1-SN,U1-NA,L1-NB,IMPA,FMIA were significantly changed.ConclusionsNance appliance in the use of rectifying Category 1 of ClassⅡ malocclusion patients shows a significant effect.
