【摘要】 目的:评价金雀根粉胶囊治疗强直性脊柱炎活动期的疗效及安全性。方法:将300例活动期强直性脊柱炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组150例。治疗组给予金雀根粉胶囊口服,对照组给予白芍总苷胶囊口服;两组均同时给予柳氮磺吡啶肠溶片治疗,疗程共24周,对治疗后的临床症状、体征、实验室指标等方面进行比较。结果:通过对治疗前后两组的临床症状(总体疼痛强度)、体征(包括脊柱活动度、臀地距、胸廓活动度、Sch rber试验)、实验室指标(包括红细胞沉降率、C-反应蛋白)等进行的比较发现,金雀根粉胶囊配合柳氮磺吡啶肠溶片能明显减轻强直性脊柱炎患者疼痛,改善患者的体征,显著降低炎性指标。并且未发现患者有并发症发生。结论:金雀根粉胶囊是治疗活动期强直性脊柱炎安全、有效的药物。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Chinese peashrub root in the treatment of active ankylosing spondylitis.Methods:300 cases with ankylosing spondylitis were randomly and equally divided into the treatment group and the control group,with the former treated with Chinese peashrub root powder capsule orally and the latter with total glucosides Of paeony capsules.The two groups were also given sulfasalazine enteric-coated Tablets orally for 24 weeks,comparing the clinical symptoms,signs,laboratory examination indexes after treatment with those before treatment.Results:The clinical symptom(soverall pain intensity),signs(including spinal mobility,hip distance,thoracic activity,Sch rber test)and laboratory examination(including erythrocyte sedimentation rate,C-reactive protein)of two groups before and after treatment showed that Chinese peashrub root combined with sulfasalazine enteric-coated tablets could obviously relieve pain in patients with ankylosing spondylitis,improve the patient’s signs and significantly reduce the inflammatory index.No other complications were found.Conclusion:Chinese peashrub root is an effective and safe drug for the treatment of active ankylosing spondylitis.更多还原
