红外热波检测技术在微孔丝网复合材料中的应用探讨
APPROACH TO INFRARED THERMAL WAVE TECHNOLOGY APPLIED FOR DETECTION OF MICROPOROUS WIRE MESH COMPOSITE MATERIAL
【摘要】 微孔丝网复合材料因其特殊的孔隙结构,难以通过常规无损检测手段检查出其制造过程中的分层、开裂等内部缺陷。本文采用红外热波技术开展了微孔丝网复合材料无损检测的应用研究,结果表明:红外热波无损检测技术能够确定材料缺陷的位置和形状,通过解剖发现检出的最小分层开裂宽度6μm。实验证明红外热波无损检测技术是一种新型有效的的微孔材料检测方法。
【Abstract】 Due to the special pore structure of microporous wire mesh composite material,it’s difficult to observe the stratification,cracking and other internal defect during manufacturing process with the conventional nondestructive testing methods.In the paper,the infrared thermal wave technology was employed to investigate the nondestructive testing of this microporous wire mesh composite material.The results showed that the infrared thermal wave nondestructive detection technology could be used to determine the position and shape of the material defects.The observed minimum crack width was 6 μm.The investigation confirmed that the infrared thermal wave nondestructive detection technology was a novel and effective method for detection of microporous material.
