氢氟酸腐蚀对蒙乃尔合金过滤管环拉强度的影响

【摘要】 本文主要讨论氢氟酸对蒙乃尔滤管腐蚀后抗拉强度的影响,讨论了腐蚀时间对抗拉强度的影响,并对环拉断面进行了SEM形貌分析。随着腐蚀时间的延长,在不同工艺条件下所制备的滤管其抗拉强度产生不同的变化。在同一腐蚀时间条件下,不添加成形剂的滤管,其抗拉强度比添加成形剂的试管抗拉强度要高;同一工艺制备的滤管,随着烧结温度的提高,其腐蚀后的抗拉强度也有所提高。

【Abstract】 The annular tensile strength of Monel filter tube after HF corrosion was discussed.The effect of corrosion time on tensile strength was analyzed and structures of the cyclamic fracture were observed using scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The results show that the tensile strength of filter tubes made by different processes is various as increment of corrosion time.At the same corrosion time,the tensile strength of filter tube without plasticizer is higher than that with plasticizer.Furthermore,the tensile strength of filter tubes produced with the same technology increase after corrosion as increasing sintering temperature.
