水泥基材料干燥收缩快速测定方法研究

【摘要】 提出了一种水泥胶砂干燥收缩快速测定方法,并与现行标准JC/T 603-2004建立起关系。结果表明:高温低湿条件下水泥胶砂干燥收缩达到稳定所需的时间可大大缩短,由常温条件下:(22±2)℃,50%~55%RH,4个月左右缩短到了60℃烘箱条件下3周左右,80℃烘箱条件下2周左右;高温低湿条件下水泥胶砂干燥收缩明显降低,通过高温低湿快速测定方法,利用温湿度修正系数(60℃烘箱条件下约为1.60,80℃烘箱条件下约为2.15)可预测常温条件下水泥胶砂最终干燥收缩值。

【Abstract】 A rapid test method for drying shrinkage of cement mortar was put forward and compared with JC/T 603-2004 standard test method.Results show that the time for the value of drying shrinkage of cement mortar achieving stability in environment of high temperature and low humidity shortens greatly from about four months at ±2℃ in 50%~55%RH environment to about three weeks at 60℃ in <10%RH environment,and even about two weeks at 80℃ in <10%RH environment.The value of drying shrinkage of cement mortar also decreases greatly in environment of high temperature and low humidity.The ultimate value of drying shrinkage of cement mortar at 22±2℃ in 50%~55%RH environment can be forecast with the rapid test method by correction coefficient of temperature and humidity.The correction coefficients of temperature and humidity at 60℃ in <10%RH environment and at 80℃ in <10%RH environment are respectively about 1.60 and 2.15.
