Cu的添加方式对铁基预合金粉末与烧结体组织及性能的影响

【摘要】 采用扩散法制备Fe-4Ni-0.5Mo-1.5Cu预合金粉末,分别采用添加常规铜粉和改性超细铜粉的方式添加合金元素Cu。对制备的粉末进行压制与烧结,采用金相显微镜和扫描电镜(SEM)分析粉末与烧结体的组织与形貌,研究Cu元素的添加方式对Fe-4Ni-0.5Mo-1.5Cu预合金粉末及其烧结体组织和性能的影响。结果表明,预合金粉末中合金元素的分布状况影响烧结体的组织分布,进而影响烧结体的力学性能。以添加改性超细铜粉的方式加入合金元素铜时,预合金粉末中的铜元素分布均匀,压坯密度略有减小,但烧结体强度显著提高,抗拉强度和冲击能分别达到683.5 MPa和24.5 J,接近国外同类产品性能。

【Abstract】 The Fe-4Ni-0.5Mo-1.5Cu pre-alloying powders were prepared by the diffusion process using two different Cu powders,one of which is adding the conventional copper powder and the other is adding the modified ultrafine copper powder.The pre-alloying powders mixed with lubricant and graphite were compacted,sintered and tested for the mechanical properties.The organization and performance of sintered body were analyzed by metallographic and scanning electron microscopes.The results show that the alloying element addition method has a great impact on the microstructures and mechanical properties of the sintered body.A uniform Cu element distribution leads to a slight decrease of the green density and a substantial increase of the strength of the sintered body.Tensile strength and impact energy of the sintering body reaches 683.5 MPa and 24.5 J,which is close to the similar foreign product.
