【摘要】 目前我省大多数中小学教师都能自觉地遵守职业道德,赢得了学生的爱戴和社会的尊重。但是,由于社会正处于转型时期,在改革开放和市场经济的大环境下,在意识形态多元化和社会上一些不良风气的影响下,有些教师身上还存在着诸如:敬业精神不足,育人意识淡薄,师表形象弱化,协作意识和创新意识不强等职业道德修养问题。对当前师德存在的问题加以分析,目的是为了增强师德建设的针对性和实效性。更多还原

【Abstract】 At present,most of primary and middle school teachers in China can observe professional ethics and gain the affection of students and the respect of the society.But as the society is at the transitional period and in the context of reform and opening-up and market economy,there exist some ethics problems in some teachers who are influenced by the diversity of ideology and some unhealthy practices in the society.Such problems include inadequate professional dedication,weak consciousness of educating people,poor exemplary image,weak consciousness of cooperation and innovation.Analyzing such problems is to strengthen the purposefulness and efficiency of teachers’ ethics construction.更多还原
