【摘要】 采用心理测评工具,对大陆研究生创造人格和创造氛围知觉进行测评,与台湾地区数据对比,《玩兴量表》有四因子得分,大陆样本得分都低于台湾地区样本,且差异非常显著;在《幽默量表》测验中两岸样本各有三个因子得分较高,显示出不同的地域差异。最后得出大陆学生人格特质中玩兴和幽默感较弱,不能以更轻松和开放的心态对待工作。更多还原

【Abstract】 This is done by using the psychological measurement tools for the measurement of graduate students’ creative personality and perceived creative climate in China’s mainland;a comparison is made with the data of graduate students in Taiwan region.Four factors in the mainland sample score lower than those in Taiwan’s in the "Playfulness Questionnaire",and the difference is significant.Three factors score high on both sides of the samples in the "Humor Questionnaire",showing regional differences.Final conclusions: The graduate students in China’s mainland are weaker in playfulness and sense of humor,unable to work with a mood of relaxation and openness.更多还原
