FeCr2O4/FJC催化H2O2氧化降解亚甲基蓝研究

【摘要】 以工业废催化剂(FJC)为载体,在溶液中直接将Fe2CrO4沉淀在载体上制备FeCr2O4/FJC催化剂,并以难生物降解的亚甲基蓝为探针分子,考察反应体系中H2O2浓度、初始pH、反应温度、催化剂用量和亚甲基蓝初始质量浓度等因素对降解的影响.实验结果表明:FeCr2O4/FJC是高效的非均相类Fenton催化剂.当亚甲基蓝初始质量浓度为100 mg·L-1,催化剂用量为1 g·L-1,H2O2浓度为3 mmol·L-1,pH为3.0,反应温度为50℃,反应时间为30 min,降解率可达98%.催化剂循环实验表明,催化剂重复使用效果好,回收利用方便.

【Abstract】 FeCr2O4 / FJC catalyst was produced by precipitating FeCr2O4 on the industrial waste catalyst( FJC) in solution. Methylene blue was taken as the probe molecular to evaluate the catalytic activity of the FeCr2O4 / FJC catalyst. The effects of the concentration of H2O2,solution initial pH,reaction temperature,reaction time,the catalyst content,and the initial concentration of methylene blue on the degradation rate of methylene blue were investigated. The results show that FeCr2O4 / FJC is efficient heterogeneous Fenton-like catalyst. When the initial concentration of methylene blue 100 mg·L- 1,dosage of FeCr2O4 / FJC 1.0 g·L-1,H2O2 3 mmol·L- 1,the initial pH 3. 0,reaction temperature 50 ℃,reaction time 30 min,the degradation rate of methylene blue was as high as 98%. Reaction-regeneration cyclic operation show that the catalyst can be separated easily and reused efficiently.
