MoS2/PMMA纳米复合材料摩擦性能研究
Study on Friction of MoS2 /PMMA Nano Composites
【摘要】 以液相溶剂热合成和表面改性技术制备的纳米MoS2作为减磨剂,耐磨性差的聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)为聚合物基,借助超声分散与溶液热流延技术制备MoS2/PMMA纳米复合材料.通过摩擦磨损试验研究纳米MoS2对PMMA摩擦性能的影响,并探讨材料的宏观组成、微观结构与摩擦学特性之间的关系.实验表明,在聚合物基PMMA引入MoS2纳米粒子,其摩擦系数降幅达50%以上,且降幅有随MoS2加入量并增的趋势.十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)表面修饰改性的MoS2对PMMA减摩效果最佳,加入质量分数5%即可使其摩擦系数降低73%.
【Abstract】 The composites of polymethylmethacrylate( PMMA) filled with MoS 2 nano particles, which have been synthesized through a mild solvothermal reaction and were surface-modified as antifriction additive,was prepared by ultrasonic dispersion and heat flow solution technique. The MoS 2 effect on the composites friction properties were investigated with SFT-2M tribometer,the relations among tribological properties、 microstructure and macro component were discussed. The result shows that the friction factor of the composites fell 50% above,and the more addition of MoS 2 and the smaller friction factor of the composites. The antifriction effect of hexadecyl trimethyl ammonium bromide( CTAB) modified MoS 2 on PMMA is the best,the friction factor fell 73% under addition of 5% CTAB-MoS 2 nano particle.
