基于虚拟仪器的襟、缝翼摩擦磨损试验信号实时采集去噪系统设计
Flat Wear Fault Real Time Denoising and Monitoring System Based on Virtual Instrument
【摘要】 针对飞机襟、缝翼摩擦磨损试验中静电信号的前期去噪处理的要求,引入EMD分解与小波阈值去噪相结合的去噪方法,并通过虚拟仪器(Labview)设计相关实时去噪采集系统。试验结果表明,该系统能够有效地去除混入数据中的噪声,从而通过观察得到信号的实际变化,为进一步的磨损研究工作提供了帮助。
【Abstract】 Emd decomposition and wavelet threshold denoising of combining the denoising method is introduced in this paper for the requirement of electrostatic signal denoising on lat wear fault experiment at early stage.A real-time monitor and denoising system is designed on Labview.The experiment result show that this system could denoising efectively and display real change of signal.At this time,it provide convenient for futher research work.
