【Abstract】 The development of the third distribution is necessary and feasible to solve the problem of current income gap and to achieve the goal of common prosperity. But,because of the lack of national policy support,the macroscopic and microcosmic legal environment and the supervision mechanism of constraint,the third distribution in China with the goal of common prosperity develops slowly. It does not play a major role in making up the market and government failure. So,it needs to construct a formal system of national policy,legal system and supervision mechanism accordingly so as to promote a rapid development of the third distribution.更多还原
