微生物生态修复剂修复富营养化人工湖水质研究
Research on the Remediation Technology of Eutrophication Artificial Lake With Microbial Remediation Agent
【摘要】 城市景观湖水体富营养化问题日益加剧。通过在富营养化人工景观湖使用微生物生态修复剂,并连续监测试验水体叶绿素a(Chla)、化学需氧量(COD)和总磷(TP)等指标的变化情况,研究微生物生态修复剂对于修复富营养化水体水质的能力。通过研究得出,试验期末,水体Chla、COD和TP浓度比使用修复剂之前的分别下降了73.03%、50.62%和65.48%,表明生态修复剂对控制水体Chla、COD和TP具有显著成效。可为城市富营养化水体治理提供一定的理论和实践依据。
【Abstract】 The eutrophication problem of urban water body is becoming more and more serious.In this experiment,a kind of microbial remediation agent was used to improve eutrophication state of an artificial lake.Some water quality indexes,such as Chla、COD and TP,was continuously monitored.In the end of experiment,their removal rates were 73.03%、50.62% and 65.48%,respectively.It was concluded that an evidently effects could be made to control lake eutrophication with microbial remedia tion agent.This study will can be used as theoretical and practical basis for urban eutrophication remediation.
