填料塔吸附法去除海水中乳化石油的研究
Oil Removal of Emulsified Oil Wastewater with Adsorption by Small Packing Column
【摘要】 海水中的乳化石油污水对海洋生态具有严重的威胁,用化学方法去除这些油污会产生严重的环境和生态问题。文章提出用装填三角形弹簧填料和θ网环填料2种小型填料的填料塔吸附海水中的分散油滴,用物理方法去除油污的思路,结果表明:在流速47 mL/min时,含油19.85 mg/L的人工海水,水中油浓度降低到3.10 mg/L,最高除油率达到84.38%。流速在35~80 mL/min之间时,除油率达到66%~84%,实验中平均除油率在70%左右。填料上吸附的石油用石油醚洗脱后,填料再生,除油效果稳定。
【Abstract】 Emulsified oil wastewater has a serious threat to the marine ecosystem,and serious environmental and ecological problems would be aroused by removing oil pollution with chemical method.This paper proposes the packing column filled with triangle spring packing and Dixon ring packing absorbing dispersed oil droplets in the seawater,which is a physical method to remove oil pollution.Results indicated that the oil concentration of artificial seawater decreased from 19.85 mg/L to 3.10 mg/L when the flow rate was 47 mL/min and the highest oil-removing efficiency could reach 84.38%,with oilremoving efficiency from 66% to 84% at the flow rate between 35 mL/min and 80 mL/min,and average rate around 70% in the experiments.Packing was regenerated after eluting with petroleum ether and oil-removing efficiency of the cleansed packing was stable.
