高密度澄清池与V型滤池在钢铁废水处理中的应用

【摘要】 武钢北湖污水回用工程将由明渠收集的武钢生产废水、少量生活污水和雨污水形成的综合废水处理后回用于工业生产。该工程采用包含高密度沉淀池(the DensaDeg誖clarifier)和V型滤池(the Aquazur誖V filter)的两级混凝分离+消毒的工艺。10个月的运行表明,系统能有效去除悬浮物、铁和不溶解性油,出水浊度、铁、不溶解性油均达到甚至优于设计目标。但是,进出水总硬度变化甚微,且后混凝对出水铁含量有不利影响。此外,出水氯离子含量明显增加,将对回用系统中的金属材料有不利的影响。鉴于此,建议对高密度沉淀池的石灰软化过程、后混凝的微絮凝过滤过程中铁的行为、出水氯离子降低途径开展更深入的研究。为了进一步降低运行费用,建议对药剂投加量进行优化研究。

【Abstract】 This paper described operation performance of the Beihu Wastewater Treatment Works in Wuhan Iron & Steel Co.Ltd(WISCO),in which steel integrated effluents,domestic sewage and storm-water runoff in WISCO are treated and disposed for reuse in its industrial production by using techniques of two-level coagulation and separation plus chemical disinfection with focus on the proprietary equipment of DensaDeg clarifier and Aquazur V filter from Degremont Technogies.During the continuous operation for 10 months,the performance showed the effluent quality of wastewater treated in terms of turbidity,total ferrous,COD and insoluble oil has come up to or better than the design criteria.However,few reduction of total hardness was made during the treatment,in addition concentration of chloride ion in the effluent increased from 89 mg/L to 98 mg/L;therefore,it was proposed that further research should be done regarding lime softening of DensaDeg clarifier,behaviour of ferrum in the process of micro-flocculation/filtration,and the way to reducing concentration of chloride ion in the effluent,as well as how to reduce the operational cost by optimizing dosage of chemicals.
