【Abstract】 Based on the principle of biosynthesis, the paper studied Rational screening high-producing lincomycin strain. A mutation strain obtained using lincomycin and its hydrolysate as a resistance marker by DES and UV complex mutation treatment. The mutation strain has the characteristic of anti precursor and product. The genetic performance is good, the titer was 4082u/mL,107% higher than that of parent strain.
