【摘要】 高校学生参加体育运动时的伤害事故时有发生,如何使受到伤害的学生和家庭得到及时的、合理的补偿是当务之急。本文通过分析目前我国高校学校体育伤害事故的补偿及救济机制的现状,参考日本学校体育伤害事故补偿和救济机制的经验,从而对我国高校学校体育伤害事故的补偿及救济机制提供几点建议,为高校学校体育顺利开展提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Many accidents and injuries occur when college students participate in sports, so the important thing is how the hurt students and families get timely and reasonable compensation. By analyzing the current status of school sports injury accident compensation and relief mechanism in China’s colleges and universities, with the reference of the Japanese school sports accident compensation and relief mechanism, this paper provides some suggestions as the reference for the school sports injury accident compensation and relief mechanism in China’s Universities, and for the development of school sports in Colleges and universities.更多还原
