超环面弯晶在X射线单色背光成像中的应用
Application of toroidally curved crystal to monochromatic X-ray backlighting imaging
【摘要】 基于Bragg衍射理论,分析了超环面晶体分析器实现等离子体在子午和弧矢2个方向等比例放大成像的原理,采用云母作为衍射晶体,研制了对激光等离子体进行二维成像的超环面晶体分析器,其子午和弧矢曲率半径分别为290mm和196mm,用于衍射成像时的Bragg角度为54°。采用铬靶X射线源辐照金属网格目标,网格的网孔尺寸为200μm×200μm,通过超环面晶体分析器对铬靶Kα谱线的衍射,在X射线IP板上得到了网格的二维背光衍射图像,并与球面晶体分析器成像效果进行了对比。实验结果表明,与球面晶体分析器相比,超环面晶体分析器可实现在子午和弧矢2个方向等放大比的X射线背光成像,且分析器具有较高的空间分辨力,当光源尺寸为500μm,成像放大倍数为1.86倍时,其空间分辨力达到67μm。
【Abstract】 The reflection type toroidally curved crystal analyzer is investigated based on the Bragg diffraction to diagnose laser plasma X-ray.The dispersive element of crystal analyzer is mica.The bent radiuses of the crystal analyzer in meridian plane and sagittal plane are 290 mm and 196 mm respectively,and the corresponding Bragg angle is 54°.The imaging experiment is carried out at the X-ray diffractometer facility by using Cr target.Two-dimensional monochromatic image of a mesh interval of 0.2 mm×0.2 mm is obtained by the toroidally curved crystal.The experimental result indicates that 2D monochromatic image with equal magnification in the meridian and sagittal planes can be obtained by using the toroidally curved crystal analyzer.Furthermore,the spatial resolution of the toroidally curved crystal analyzer achieves 67 μm when the size of the X-ray source is 500 μm and magnifying ratio is 1.86.
