双离合器双液力变矩器两体式柔性飞轮特性分析及优化设计
Characteristic analysis and optimization design of dual-clutch transmission and double-turbine torque converter’s two-body flexible flywheel
【摘要】 双离合器双液力变矩器两体式柔性飞轮是一种采用两个挠性体结构的新型飞轮,针对该新产品的开发,利用Pro/Engineer软件建立了该飞轮的三维实体模型,应用ANSYS Workbench软件对一体式飞轮和两体式飞轮分别进行了结构应力、结构模态和谐响应的对比分析,得出两体式飞轮是一种具有较好性能的结构形式,在此基础上,对柔性飞轮总成中挠性板的外形型线进行了结构形状优化,通过改变柔性板的柔度,实现所要求的动力学特性,经试验验证其分析方法的正确性和产品结构的合理性,并为该类产品的设计提供了可行的设计与分析方法的依据。
【Abstract】 Dual-clutch transmission and double-turbine torque converter’s flexible flywheel is the newly developed type which has applied the design of a two-body flexplate.Corresponding 3D modeling of this new type of flywheel has been constructed by virtue of the software Pro/Engineer.Further comparative analysis has been studied in terms of structural stress,modal,and harmonic by the finite element software ANSYS Workbench,Through all these studies,the simulation results show that two-body flexible is a kind of the structure has a better performance.On this basis,the shape of the flexplate in the flywheel has been optimized with different flexibility to meet the requirement of dynamic characteristics,the test verifies the correctness of analytical approach and the rationality of product structure.A feasible design and practical analytical approach has been brought up through this study.
