多元线性Profile控制图

【摘要】 为了推广线性Profile的在线检测,基于多元线性Profile构造多元EWMA统计量Wj,证明了统计量的分布为多元正态分布,并通过马尔科夫链得到多元Profile控制图平均运行长度(ARL)的公式.

【Abstract】 In order to general the monitoring of the linear Profile,the paper maks a statistics based on multivariate linear Profile.The distribution of the statistic is improved to be the normal distribution,and the form of the average run length is also obtained through Markov chain.
